Dear Friends of MCJ,
At this final moments, before we close the year, President of MCJ and the Exco would like to thank each and everyone for their support in making 2013 a very memorable and productive year.
We trust to have lived by our tagline ‘Fostering Friendship, Connecting Business’ by the various events that we have promoted, starting with ‘An Evening with Dubes’ in January and ended quite graciously with ‘Christmas Gathering’ in December.
With the encouragement and support of our Patron, HE The Ambassador of Malaysia, Dato Seri Zahrain we are now moving into a new era with a new identity. MCJ will now be called as MALAYSIA CHAMBERS JAKARTA to further enhance our business functions and purpose, not forgetting of course our social and family activities.
We have been endorsed by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Dato Mustafa on this name change to better position ourselves in facing the challenges of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.
The Exco have in the pipeline an interesting calendar of events for 2014. Please keep abreast with our updates via our Facebook Page and website for both our business and social activities.
Please inform your friends about us, those in Indonesia and to those who plan to come over. Lastly, Happy New Year and may 2014 be a better year for all of us.
