Dear Friends from Malaysia Club Jakarta,
We would like to invite members of MCJ to participate in the Golf & Give Charity Golf Tournament. We are from the Rotary Club of Jakarta Sentral and the Singapore Association and we are organizing a fundraising Golf & Give Charity Golf Tournament. The participants who will joining the game comprises expatriates and business men and women from the various chambers of commerce, various embassies and community associations in Jakarta. I am Rotarian as well as the president of the Singapore Association and our organizing chairman. Mr. Murray Samuel, is a fellow Singaporean. The Golf & Give Charity Golf Tournament is organized to raise funds for humanitarian service projects of the Rotary Club of Jakarta Sentral where many expatriates from Singapore, Australia, Sweden, UK and also Indonesian business men and women are members. It will be held on 23rd April 2014, 12 noon Tee-off at Riverside Golf Club in Cimanggis, Cibubur.
Proceeds from this year’s golf tournament will be dedicated to supporting social projects, which include :
1. Rumah Piatu (Orphanage) Muslimin – “Computer Learning Center” for education
2. Free Aids Testing – St. Carolus Hospital (Anonymous Free Testing Center)
3. Lentera Anak Pelangi – Children with AIDS (Jakarta)
2. Cleft Lips and Cataract Surgical Operations for underprivileged patients who cannot afford them
