Dear friends of MCJ,MCJ, for the first time, presenting you ‘Deepavali Open House’. This event is sponsored by well wishers from the Malaysian community and the Malaysian Embassy in Jakarta. MCJ’s Patron His Excellency Dato Seri Zahrain Mohamed Hashim The Ambassador of Malaysia and wife has been scheduled to grace the occasion.There will be lots of fun and laughter, in addition to mouth-watering Indian dishes that’s made to whet your appetite. Malaysian students have volunteered to do a performance for this event. We expect more than 300 guests to attend this celebration.
There will be prizes to be won for Best Dressed adults and kids so come in your best Indian costume! To add to colorful tradition, there will also be Rangoli and a Mehendi corner. Unique Indian made items will also be on sale.
