Currently, CIMB Niaga offers its customers the most comprehensive portfolio of banking services in Indonesia, combining its strengths in consumer banking, SME and micro, commercial and corporate banking, treasury, and payment services with supports from branch network and branchless banking widely available throughout Indonesia. In 2013, CIMB Niaga sharpened its focus on branchless banking development by establishing a strategy to be the leading digital consumer banking provider. Therefore, CIMB Niaga made some breakthroughs through the rollouts of its state-of-the art digital lounge and cellular phone account product. Digital lounge is the latest concept of modern banking that offers comforts to and allows customers to have a direct communication with the Bank’s staff through a video conference. Meanwhile, the cellular phone account has been developed to answer the diverse characters of our target markets by offering a feature that allows anyone in the society to make banking transactions using the Bank’s digital facilities even before opening an account at the Bank by

simply registering their phone number at the nearest CIMB Niaga branches. This product is the first of its kind in Indonesia and has been very well responded by the community. CIMB Niaga has earned MURI’s recognition as the first mobile wallet in Asia that facilitates fund transfers across all cellular service providers within one nation.

As of 31 December 2013, CIMB Niaga operated a broad network of 969 offices and 2,956 ATMs, 480 CDMs, and 203 SSTs in 28 provinces and 109 cities throughout Indonesia, including conventional branches, Sharia branches and Mikro Laju outlets, with the support of its 14.342 employees.
