25th Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 25th annual general meeting of Malaysia Chambers Jakarta,
Venue: Multi Purpose Hall, Embassy of Malaysia, Jakarta
Date: Sunday, July 20th, 2014
Time: 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
For the following purposes:
- To receive and approve the Annual Report of the Executive Committee.
- To receive and approve the Annual Report on the audited financial statement of MCJ.
- To receive and approve the amendments to the MCJ Constitution 2013 from Malaysia Club Jakarta to Malaysia Chambers Jakarta.
- Any other business as may be listed on the Agenda prepared by the Executive Committee.
Following the adjournment of the AGM, members are invited to Berbuka Puasa bersama in our annual event during Ramadhan as follows:
Time: 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Purpose: Berbuka Puasa (IFTAR) Bersama — everyone is invited (all Malaysians). All Muslims are encouraged to stay on as we will perform the Tarawih prayers too.
